1. What we provide

OfferHunter AI is a research tool that aggregates affiliate offer data from public and partner sources and adds scoring, trend signals and AI-generated commentary. It is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Plans are licensed per seat. Agency plans may be shared with up to five named team members.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or deception;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security of the service, including probing, scraping, automated bulk extraction, or introducing malware;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense our data or reports except as a report to your own clients under an Agency plan;
• reverse engineer the service or circumvent plan limits, quotas or access controls.

4. Licence and our intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use OfferHunter AI within the plan you have paid for. We retain all ownership of the service, its software, datasets, scoring models, documentation and branding.

5. Data accuracy and no advice

Offer metrics, opportunity scores, trend readings and AI-generated summaries are estimates for general research purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to promote any particular offer. You are responsible for verifying figures with the network or merchant before acting, and for your own commercial decisions. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by you before use.

6. Service level

We work to keep the service available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and network data may change or be withdrawn by its source. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payment and subscription terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial and then renew monthly at the plan price shown at checkout until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata; downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, and you keep your current features until then. Cancelling ends paid access and returns your account to the Free tier.

8. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our refund policy. If we do not surface at least one profitable offer for you in your first week, contact us and we will refund you.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination you may export your saved offers and performance records for 30 days, after which we may delete them.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost commissions, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where law forbids it.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at offerhunt.ai's place of business, and disputes will be heard by the courts there. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
