Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login credentials, sign-in provider) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Profile and preferences (niches, traffic source, monthly click volume, email settings) — to personalise offer recommendations and digests. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Usage data (searches, saved offers, applications, performance entries you log, feature usage, plan quotas) — to provide the service, enforce plan limits and improve the product. Legal basis: contract performance and our legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, log and error data) — for security, fraud prevention and diagnostics. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Marketing emails, where you opt in — legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time in settings.

Prompts and offer context sent to our AI provider to generate insights are processed to produce that output only; do not include sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, AI model providers, email delivery and error monitoring.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account, profile and usage data for as long as your account is open, and for up to 12 months afterwards to handle disputes and reinstatements. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or provide it in a portable form, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls tied to your account, and least-privilege access for our team.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics cookies we will ask for your consent first, and you can always clear cookies in your browser.
